How long does it take to receive an order?

Your order is delivered between 15 and 40 days if you are located outside Cameroon and between 01 and 05 days if you are in Cameroon depending on the time of your purchase and your city.

Our average delivery times are then 02 to 20 days (7 days a week). In any case, if you do not receive your item within 30 days then we will refund you in full and you can keep the item when you receive it.

Where do we deliver and what are the delivery costs?

We deliver anywhere in Canada, the United States, France, Belgium and Africa and delivery costs vary depending on your city.

Our company is based in Greater Montreal, Quebec with several representatives in Africa, France, Canada and others.

However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and the return costs must be paid by you.
